I encountered several issues that left me frustrated. The check-in staff member felt less friendly than others I've seen, disappointing. I also faced unexpected valet charges that weren't clearly explained despite my inquiries. I noticed pet hair on the mattress, which posed a significant health risk due to my severe allergies.

Our room was nicely appointed and well designed.The staff, although limited in numbers, were very nice and accomodating. We were happy to have a quiet room, as requested, with a super comfortable bed with beautiful linens. I wish every hotel experience was this great! I have to mention the perfect location for sightseeing, walking and shopping.

The staff consistently went the extra mile. Their warmth, especially during breakfast with personalized service, created a cute atmosphere every morning.

Sadly, the minibar was warm and offered overpriced items I couldn't use. I found the pantry cupboard on top to be dusty, quite off-putting.

Very nice staff. The location between Georgetown and GWU campus was a major plus for exploring on foot.

The breakfast options were limited and quite pricey. I wish the restaurant timings were more convenient wanting late-night meals.
